Quality defines everything about our work, products and services. It’s not just compliance with proper procedure, but it’s also about our unwavering focus on engaging with your needs and making sure these are reflected in all that we do.
We’re thrilled to be the first company in our industry to achieve the BSI Kitemark, which has for many years been considered Great Britain’s premier symbol of product or service quality safety and trust.
Our products carry the BSI Kitemark, so you know that we are committed to working to the highest standards, and you can trust that our products are safe and durable.
What’s more, we also hold ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 quality assurance certificates and our entire manufacturing, re-engineering and refurbishment processes aligned in according to these systems. We also hold “Gas Safe Register” certificate and WEEE certificates.
We’re often asked why quality is so important and how we perceive its value. Here’s three reasons why quality is vital to us.
Peace of mind. We deliver guaranteed peace of mind to our partners and customers, from quality management to environmental performance, risk management, and health and safety. As per our ISO Quality Assurance procedures, we only purchase materials from companies with appropriate quality assurance certificates.
And what’s more, because of our proven commitment to quality, our customers enjoy a high level of satisfaction and don’t have to worry about the risk and cost of replacing faulty goods.
Managing costs. Poor quality increases costs; fact. Without an effective quality-control system in place, it’s likely that you’ll costs to analyse nonconforming goods or services to determine the causes and retesting products after reworking them.
In some cases, defective products have to be recalled or scrapped and additional production costs made to replace them. In serious cases, legal costs for failure to comply with customer or industry standards can be incurred.
Excellent team spirit. One of the clear benefits of implementing the ISO 9001:2015 standard is that it’s heightened the awareness of the importance of quality among our workforce. Everyone has a very clear understanding of their roles and the expected quality of their work, and this mind-set benefits and reassures our customers.
At the end of the day, quality is more than just finished product, it’s the processes, systems and people that are behind the product. Quality is everybody’s responsibility and we take this very seriously!
