Depending on the customer's choice during checkout the products will be delivered either by courier service or Royal Mail first class post. Purchases made after 2 pm are not guaranteed to be dispatched the same day, although most of the time we are able to dispatch until 4pm. Royal Mail deliveries usually take from 1-3 days and delivery times depend on them. Please select courier service during checkout if you need the part urgently and this will be a next day delivery.
We send full boilers and delivery charge will be £50.00. Please contact us if you need boilers.
We are able to send parcels for Saturday or Sunday delivery. Please contact us if you need the part over the weekend.
Where do we deliver?
We deliver worldwide with international carriers. If for any reason we are unable to deliver to a specific country, we will contact the customer after the sale.
For UK deliveries:
Please keep in mind that the prices for certain locations, including Isle of Man, Scilly Islands, Isle of Wight, Scottish Isles, Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland differ from £15.00 to £25.00 and sent via courier service. The cost will be calculated depending of the delivery address.
For EU destinations:
Your parcel will be sent with DPD Local and tracking information will be sent on request.
Rest of the world:
Depending on your location, your parcel may be tracked to your door or can only be tracked until it has left the UK. We do not take any responsibility after the parcel has left the UK in these instances.
Customers need to contact National Boiler Parts and get consent prior to returning any product.
Returns must be made within 30 days from delivery date.
Refunds for returns will be subject to 20% restocking fee at all times. This is to cover shipping and administration fees.
The parts must be returned in original condition and packaging any labels so that the return item is fit for resale.
We always try to help our customers but when a product is returned later than the allowed period or packaging being opened or being damaged, after examining condition of returned items, we may refuse to replace the part or fully refund for it.
We are proud of the quality of our refurbished parts and they come with 12 months replacement warranty. Your receipt will be the proof of warranty and please keep them somewhere safe.
Any cancellations prior to dispatch by National Boiler Parts or the customer will be accepted and full refund will be issued.
For cancellation of any orders after the item(s) being dispatched, returns policy conditions apply.
